Tamika Williford is a force walking with purpose, leading with power, and standing firm in faith. Her strength, wisdom, and love inspire everyone around her. Growing up in Germantown, Philadelphia, Pa, attending Wynnefield Academy, one of the first all African American schools in Philadelphia, Olney High School, and Wilfred Academy School of Cosmetology. And has been in the industry for over 30 years. Tamika is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in biblical studies at Lancaster Bible College on the Philadelphia campus. And plans to continue with a Master's. Tamika stays faithful to God, gaining wisdom, knowledge, and understanding,
During her youth, Tamika faced adversity, trauma, and many challenges. She remained steadfast and resilient, turning her pain and tragedy from Trauma to Triumph. In 2017, she started a Nonprofit for Women in Transition, Clothed n Strength, which became a registered 501c3 in 2020. Tamika is dedicated to assisting women in overcoming barriers to success, growing closer to God, and living meaningful lives.
Charlene (Char) is dedicated to help progress the mission and vision of Clothed N Strength. With over three decades of biopharmaceutical industry experience, she has progressed from working at the laboratory bench top to holding senior management positions.

Kaira became a full time entrepreneur January 2022 helping over 50 business owners start, grow and scale their businesses via executing systems and through social media.

Charday is a compassionate leader who embraces her gift of authenticity and journey of service under the governing of the Lord. Charday holds a bachelors of science degree from Central Pennsylvania College, in Business Management. She developed her passion for service during a service year with City Year Greater Philadelphia, immediately following college. Over the years, Charday has gained experience with serving communities including homelessness, hunger, youth, education and breast cancer.
Charday went on to spend 11.5 years in the Healthcare Industry with half of that time spent in leadership and development. Through those combined experiences, Charday has gained skills, knowledge and passion in making an intentional impact on the lives of others regardless of circumstance. Charday is excited to bring energy, positivity, experience and ideas to further the mission and vision for Clothed n Strength.
Knorree Jo Rogers brings to Clothes and Strength years over 25 years of trauma-focused therapy as a licensed therapist. Knorree has a passion for the most vulnerable people in her community. Knorree focus has been on abandonment, grief, and abuse. Knorree owns her own grief counseling business along with a corporate training business. Kno
Knorree Jo Rogers brings to Clothes and Strength years over 25 years of trauma-focused therapy as a licensed therapist. Knorree has a passion for the most vulnerable people in her community. Knorree focus has been on abandonment, grief, and abuse. Knorree owns her own grief counseling business along with a corporate training business. Knorree volunteers with multiple agencies to promote mentorship and advocacy. Knorree works extensively with families of those who have completed suicide.
Knorree currently holds a Master of Human Services from Lincoln University, a certificate in Justice, and is currently finishing up Doctoral studies in psychology. Knorree is a mother and grandmother. Knorree prays and hopes that her children and grandchildren will live in a world where there is more God and less trauma.
